I received the following communication from one of my customers. I don't know of a way to do what is requested. Does anyone know how to help him achieve this goal? Beth and I looked at the dial up networking and we could not figure out a way to create a menu item or drag it to the Information Manager area. TeamLinks 2.7 Our remote users have started to use Remote Access Services (Dial-up networking on Windows95) to connect to the server instead of TeamLinks Remote Services. Is there any way that you know of to configure TeamLinks or a startup configuration within TeamLinks to automatically start a specific dial-up connection? Our users are able to configure the Internet Explorer to fire up a dial-up connection and would like to do the same with TeamLinks.

At one time I had heard that it wasn't possible to call the Win95 dialer. But there has to be a way to do it. Part of the problem was getting good documentation from MS on how to do it. I don't think we could ever get the Win95 Dialer as tightly integrated as the TLREMOTE Dialer. Submit this requirement to Product Management. Bob | |||||
