    When creating a mail message, if I enter either a unique portion of an
    ALL-IN-1 user name as a recipient (e.g. JOYCE), or if I enter the full
    ALL-IN-1 user name (e.g. JOYCE JENNY) I get the Select Recipeitn box
    displayed with only one contender shown
    
    Why is it being displayed when there is only one possible match?

	ALL-IN-1 V3.2 returns escalation breakpoint as the status to every list address even if ther4e is an exact match and even if DDS is not used. I am not sure why they have done this but that is why you are seeing the select recipient box. There is no other way to see the options available under more. Cheers, jal
