| As far as I know, the only resolution we have for this is to have the
customer buy teamlinks in each language they want.
The databases are not sold separatly either by digital or the vendor.
You can't just "give" them to the customer due to the royalty. Too bad there
isn't some way to record a couple extra royalty payment be made.
The volumes on these are so low that it just doesn't pay digitals overhead
to make a part number, an installation proceedure, a floppy for each language,
translate the instructions and installation proceedure to N languages, etc.
etc. (we've been burned by this with other products).

| Hi Marcia,
I spoke with Phil Gabree and the information that Carson entered is
correct.
Please note, if the customer does purchase a Spanish and/or French kit it
is licensed for single user. The customer should not purchase one kit
and then distribute the dictionary throughout the organization.

| Hi Joe,
The only problem is the following, that will be probably the case of many
users .. At this customer many users need portuguese, english and spanish.
Others need portuguese, english, spanish and french. Others need portuguese,
english, spanish and italian. And some need portuguese, english, spanish,
french and italian.
If they buy the french copy to the user who needs french, this user won't
have the spanish neither the portuguese dictionary. To have a legal copy of
all the dictionaries this user needs, they would have to buy three different
copies of Teamlinks (spanish, portuguese and french) for the same user what
for sure won't happen.
If they buy the spanish copy for a user, this user won't have the
portuguese dictionary.
So, this is not useful for them.
Regs,
Mrcia
