2016.0. "Printing RTF message print To: value incorrect" by OASS::ANDRES_B () Fri Feb 28 1997 12:00

    TeamLinks 2.7 and 2.7-001

A user creates a message in TeamLinks with the Rich Text editor.
The recipient prints this message and the values for the To:
field do not line up in the correct place. It has been reported
that there is either no space between the : and the value or
too much space. If the message is created with the Text editor
and it is sent and printed by the recipient the printing looks
    correct.

Also, if the CustomCoverMemoTitle= is used then the fields for
Date: From: Dept: Tel No: are not line up in the same way as
when not using the CustomCoverMemoTitle. If using CoverMemoTitle=
then the fields print the same as just the default method.
So the question is, is there a way to control how the fields
    are printed when using CustomCoverMemoTitle.

    Thanks,

The only way to control how the cover memo prints is to write
your own DLL. Even that isn't a complete guarantee. The Mastersoft
viewer for merging the cover memo and the header, which are two
seperate documents, can choose margins, tabs, etc. from the cover
memo which screw up the header.

Margin settings also affect the cover memo header - have they
played with those?

    Jerry,

If I send myself two mail messages using IOS as the server and
one is created with Rich Text and the other just Text the
value in the To: field is not positioned correctly on the message
created with Rich Text. Changing the left margin does not make
    it print correct.

If office.ini has nothing in CoverMemoTitle or a value there
if the message is Rich Text then the To: field value prints
under the Date: From: Dept: and Tel No: fields. If office.ini
is using CustomCoverMemo**** items then the To: fields values
    print too close to To:.

Is there a way around this or should a PTR be submitted?

    Thanks,
