    Users at one site have noticed a difference in the order of
    the entries from directory services between using Services |
    Directory Services and when creating a message.
    
    If users are creating messages and enter a last name in the
    To: field that has multiple entries those entries appear to
    be listed in the same order you would get if getting the listing
    from MBMAN>.  If the user selects Services Directory Services
    from TeamLinks Information Manager and enters a last name
    the entries are returned sorted.
    
    Is there a way to make this behavoir consistent?
