2013.0. "GPF in module CFCX400.DLL and x400 recipient" by UTRTSC::SMEETS (Workgroup support) Wed Feb 26 1997 11:02

Hi,

Customer running TeamLinks Mail Dutch V2.5 ECO3 standalone on WFW V3.11 and W95.
reports the following reproducible problem.

Customer logs on to the server (Mailworks V1.3A-ECO3/ALPHA + ICF#35) and creates
a message and sends it to a X400 recipient, Then he exits TeamLinks and he is
confronted with a GPF in module CFCX400.DLL.

If he sends the message to a local recipient, e.g. me, than there's no problem.

The customer has send me a CFCDEBUG.LOG which can be found in
UTRTSC::ALLI_USER:[SMEETS.PUBLIC]CFCDEBUG.LOG.

Any help is appreciated.

2013.1Log file does not help much.XANADU::x400it.zko.dec.com::xanadu::ROUGHTWed Feb 26 1997 15:4116
The log file does not reveal much.

After the user sends a message are they able to navigate the MailWorks
file cabinets (Open Drawer and Folders) ?

If they navigate the file cabinet and then exit, does the GPF still occur ?

Can the user read messages in the MailWorks cabinet after the send ? Does
this have any effect on the GPF ?

Does this occur on all PCs or just one ?

Please provide a Dr Watson log.

2013.4Fixed in V2.7XANADU::x400it.zko.dec.com::xanadu::ROUGHTTue Mar 04 1997 09:158
Martin,

  I believe this problem has been fixed in V2.7.

  The Dutch version of V2.7 should be available in mid March.
