2012.0. "Error 6105 ??" by COPCLU::ELIN (Elin Christensen @DMO, DTN 857-2406) Tue Feb 25 1997 08:53

    TeamLinks v2.5-004 Danish version. MailWorks for OpenVMS v1.3A.
    The customer tells that new .DLL files have been installed November 1996.

    A user often gets error 6105.

    He reports that he gets that error message when he has left his PC for
    15-30 minutes and starts working again.

    Another user at the same site has reported error 6105 in connection
    with forwarding of a message.

    I cannot find error 6105 in TRBLSHOT.WRI.
    The nearest error code numbers mentioned in that document are 1212 and
    10004.

    I have told the customer to try if he can catch the exact message, and
    to turn on logging at a time when the error is likely to occur.

    Where can I look for an explanation of error code 6105?

2012.1An INFOMAN developer should look at this note.XANADU::cascobay.zko.dec.com::TAMARA::STJEANBob St.JeanFri Feb 28 1997 11:0214
I don't think the CFC or any of the other major APIs in TL have
an error 6105. It looks to me like a message string called
x_CONF_EXIT in Infoman. It has a value of 6105. Only a guess.
I don't know what it's for. Maybe an Infoman developer can answer.

Is there any other information displayed when the error occurs?

What was the user doing at the time?

What's this about DLLs that were changed? Which ones?

Bob

Is this an error saying that it couldn't load
a string? Is TeamLinks out on a network share?
