TeamLinks V2.5-004 Windows for Workgroups 3.11 Occasionally when spell checking by selecting a block of text and then hitting the spellcheck button, a user will hang necessitating a reboot. Has anyone else seen or heard of this happening? thanks, angela

1991.1 | try to get something reproduceable... | TAMARA::HOVEY | Mon Feb 17 1997 11:04 | 12
No other reports of this (selecting text or otherwise). Does the pc "occationally" hang when doing any other operations (printing)? Maybe the problem is elsewhere and the next time you do something that takes a bit of resources... down you go. Try to get something reproduceable. (i.e. if I spell check a large document or large range of text 5 times in a row -or- each time I use the personal dictionary -or- ?) Since there aren't any other reports of this; I don't know where to begin to track this down.

The customer is attributing this to user error. Thanks, angela |
