I have just spoken with a customer regarding the retirement of support services for Russell Calendar Manager standalone kits. The part numbers indicate that the support for the SERVER is being retired as well. The customer is quite upset as they have just invested some rather large sums of money in training and rolling out RCM to their users. The verbiage in the letter and all other documents appear to be referring to the standalone client kit however this is not stated explicitly... Can anyone shed some light on this? Regards, Angela

Hi Angela, You might ask this in the TM_WINDOWS conference. You might be best writing the product manager, who's name escapes me, at the moment. Dave Zaniewski

Lee Dailing (TEAMLK::DAILING or Lee Dailing@ZKO) is the Calendar Manager product manager. He'd be the best one to ask. - Nina

For any one that is interested... I've received confirmation, the support for RCM *server* and standalone client is being retired as per the retirement letter. Regards, Angela |
