    Customer has an issue with TL2.7 and WNT 4.0.
    
    
       When you press the TO: button to display address sources, a default
       list of addresses is displayed depending upon the last selected
       source.  If you attempt to reset the default to "Distribution
       Lists", for example, this new default is NOT saved.  (In TL V2.5,
       your last selected address source (View) is remembered, even if
       you exit and re-enter TeamLinks.)
       We even tried editing OFFICE.INI and set the value of
       ViewCombo_LastIndex to 1 to force the default to Distribution
       Lists.  Upon first creating a message, the TO button displayed
       a view of Distribution Lists.  However, when we created another
       message, View defaulted to Personal Address Book.
    
       How can we change the default and make it stick?
                                                       
    
    I was able to test with 3.51 of WNT and TL2.7 and could not produce
    the same results as the customer.
    
    Anyone with TL2.7 and WNt 4.0 install please try the steps as
    the user has stated and post your results.
