	I believe that I can better define the problem. Firstly, this is a Hebrew TeamLinks V2.5. Apparently, when printing a WORD document from within TeamLinks, if the document contains Hebrew text, then the normal printing method is NOT invoked, but rather WORD is launched to print the document. The problem is that for each copy of the document, two jobs are submitted for printing, the first one prints a blank page, the second one prints the document. We see this by stopping the print queue and printing TWO copies; we then see FOUR prints jobs pending for printing; two with a blank page and two with the document. Thanks, Cb.

	Sounds like a PTR report should be entered. We use the new PTR system for problem tracking now. We're phasing out the QAR system. I don't know if we've posted instructions yet in this conference to tell people how to use the PTR system. There is a mail interface that should prove useful. Bob
