Thanks Dave,

	Since the mail was created outside Hong Kong and happened once;
	MIS of customer in Hong Kong cannot ask the information further
	about this case.

	Call is temporary closed. What further information is required
	for next occurance?

	Thanks anyway.

Best regards,
William
1940.3Check the PC date/time also.XANADU::x400it.zko.dec.com::manana::ROUGHTFri Jan 24 1997 08:579
If it should be reported again, in addition to the questions in .1
have the customer check the date/time on the PC that created the
message. At the moment I can not recall the scenario, but there
is a combination of events which will cause the use of the PC time
in one of the date fields. If the date/time on the PC is off, then
a user may see puzzling combinations of posted and received dates.
