| Torben,
Did you ever QAR this problem?
I've done some more testing on this with a pre-EFT1 build of TL 3.0.
I've noticed that it only happens on Windows 95, for me. It doesn't
happen at all on Windows NT 4.0. Plus on Windows 95, it does not
happen on Widnows 95 if the file is saved to a top level directory.
In other words it only happens if you attempt to export to an existing
filename a sub-directory.
At this point I have no idea why this is happening or how to fix it.

1915.9 | Working on it... You get mail from the QAR system, right? | XANADU::cascobay.zko.dec.com::TAMARA::STJEAN | Bob St.Jean | Mon Feb 17 1997 17:55 | 14 |
| Torben,
I'll try to come up with some instructions on how to enter a
problem report into the PTR system. Maybe you can be the
tester of this! What we're trying to work out now is how
the submitter can get mail when a QAR is answered.
You get mail now for any QAR you enter by logging on to
QAR_INTERNAL on node RASTER, right? Do you have to do
anything special for this? We didn't see a place to enter
your VMSmail address.

1915.11 | PTR should work now. | XANADU::cascobay.zko.dec.com::TAMARA::STJEAN | Bob St.Jean | Fri Feb 28 1997 17:55 | 11 |
| Hi Torben,
Jerry Cummings was good enough to writeup and post instructions
for how to submit PTRs. It's in topic 11.2. There is now a PTR
keyword to help people find it easier.
Can you enter this bug report now?
Thanks,
Bob
