I have no idea what's wrong. I'll ask someone with more experience
with local drawers on network drives to have a look at this.

| If the user exits TeamLinks and restarts, can the drawer be accessed ? In other
words, is the drawer permanetly damaged or is the condition temporary ?
If this problem happens frequently, does the user create a new drawer each time ?
Can the user create a new drawer and reproduce the problem ?
What I would like to determine is if this user has a corrupted drawer. If they
do, can they corrupt a new drawer with the same steps.
