I've run into another one of these printing problems. It's on
a HiNote as well. Only the date prints on the first page.
If there is 2 pages of text in the cover memo then the 2nd page
will print and so will the attachments.
Nothing in [printing] section so we added the nontextprinting = clvt
and now the wpsplus cover memos print but not the text ones.
any ideas?

| Hi Jerry,
Yes, it is happening with V2.7. The user is able to print to file
and the file contains the header information that should be printing
but isn't. I'm waiting for the user to call me back.

We are going to try reinstalling the converters and viewers but
any other ideas are welcome.

| Reinstalling the converters and viewers has fixed this problem.
We've seen this problem a couple of times since then and reinstalling
corrected it.
