| Mike,
I sure enjoyed the narative of your Down East Adventures. The timing of your
installments worked out to cover the darkest of the winter months.
I wish you well in the 'new venture'.
Best Regards,
Fred Darrow

| I too have enjoyed reading your narrative. As a consultant/contractor I am more aquainted
with leaving than most. At best it is a bitter sweet time for all. Hail Holiday II if
you see her. North shore (Manchester is home port) through June, Woods Hole (july)
Maine (early August), North shore (rest of the year).
May you be a gentleman and never need sail to windward.

| I'll have to keep an eye out for grace this season. If I remember
correctly Earl's Marina is on the south side of Mattapoisett Neck. We sail
Scarlet Fire out of Mattapoisett Harbor just North East of there. If you were to
sail in to Mattapoisett Harbor, she is a trimaran and nearly the first boat you
see to Sarboard as you reach the mooring area.
Buzzards bay is a very nice place to sail and you can expect water
temperatures into the 70s by July. Of course its a terrible place to be for
hurricanes.
See you on the water
