1941.1 | forget them | GIAMEM::SEUFFERT | | Wed Oct 07 1992 12:20 | 4 |
| The round ones are a pain to store. Not very convenient at all. I have
a set of them and never use them.

| Gene,
I haven't used them, but up in Maine, the round ones seem to be what
all of the lobstermen use.

| It is rather difficult to use a fender board with round fenders. A
fender board is necessary should you ever have to tie up to dock
pilings.

1941.4 | How about just larger? | EMDS::MCBRIDE | Flick of my BIC Scarecrow? | Mon Oct 19 1992 16:54 | 5 |
| Gene, if I remember correctly something in a medium or large may do the
trick on your boat. Those fenders are a tad small IMO to keep you from
the bump and grind.

1941.5 | Bought 'em and like 'em | MPGS::HO | | Mon Sep 12 1994 10:43 | 8 |
| We've bought a set of four and used them this season. They work great.
Others like 'em and bought 'em. Just the ticket for beamy boats with
pinched bows and sterns.
No problem with stowage. However, it is necessary to resist the urge
to shoot a few baskets when passing them up from below.
