Ah, snow on the ground, a nip in the air, the cover on the boat and the
Holidays right around the corner. What kinds of things are you looking
for Santa or other gift bearing entity to bring you this holiday season?
Who has their eye on that pair of Gyro stabilized, laser range finding,
night vision, marine binoculars and pocket calculator? Who is secretly
wishing for that hand crafted, ultra precise, temperature stable, sextant
that allows you to take shots in the haze, fog, and under cloud cover?
Me? I'm looking for the Deerfoot 62'in aluminum with RADAR, SATNAV, GPS,
Ham, SSB, watermaker, and CD player under my tree :-). So what goodies
are you looking for this year? If your nice maybe you will get the
8,000,000 candle power, hand held search light and particle beam
accelerator discussed previously. Well? Let's fess up now...
Brian who will probably end up with a pair of socks when it is all
through, sigh.

| Didn't we discuss this "last year" ???
I didn't get much on my list then either.......
This year (I will REFRAIN from opening the West Marine Products
catalog that I just "happen" to have here with me today AND resist
the obvious impossibilities like a new boat) I would like:
A loran
Solar powered air exhaust vents
A dodger
A bimini
Another set of binoculars
Motor for the dink
Someone to pay my mooring/launch fees and insurance for
New VHF
Extra handheld VHF
Storm anchor with all accompanying rode and chain
Marine Stereo with speakers
Autohelm steering
New roller furling system
140 genoa for the new roller furling system
ya..... that oughta do it, for now.
