Hello Snipe sailer

MY friend Mr.Takiguchi sail Snipe in Kanagawa Japan.
He want to infomation for Snipe builder in US.and Europe.

Please tell me information for  builder of fast Snipe ,and it's mast or sail.

By the way.
In Japan, major Snipe builder is Okumura,Murai and GH etc.
Sail is Sobstat,North and Diamond.
Mast is Cobra and Okumura.
