    Does anyone know anything about Foley Industrial Engines, or Worcester
    MA? Or the engines they supply? They apparently handle at least some
    models of Perkins, and according to a phone conversation they build
    their own version of a Perkins engine with 29 hp in 300 pounds; they
    just call it the '29 hp engine'. It's offered at an attractive price,
    but I'd like to know more about them than that Jay Foley felt impelled
    to write a letter to Practical Sailor touting his product...
