I'm sure it's in here somewhere but i couldn't find it.
What is an MORC rating? (i assume it's like ORC or PHRF rating)
And what would a rating of 19.48 mean?

I don't have any information on them anymore but I believe you can
get their address through USYRU in Newport, RI. The 19.48 is "like"
the PHRF "seconds per mile" rating. What your interested in is
the difference between boats also. As I recall several years ago
when we were considering starting a fleet in Portland, OR., that
each boat had to be weighted and inventoried to get a rating.
Some people feel that MORC is a "fairer" rating system for less
than 27' LOA than PHRF.
