1099.0. "Free CME!" by CIMNET::CREASER (Auxiliary Coxswain) Thu Jan 12 1989 08:31

The Central Massachusetts Coast Guard Auxiliary is announcing

			       The
			     HOTLINE
			       for
		    COURTESY MARINE EXAMINATIONS
			      ( CMEs )

A CME is a free examination of your boat and its safety equipment, performed
by trained Auxiliarists as a public service. There is no penalty or report
made if the examination fails. A CME decal and certificate are issued if all
items checked are of the proper type and condition. Many insurance companies
recognize a successful inspection as reason for a premium discount.

Call the CME HOTLINE any time and leave your name, day and evening telephone
numbers and location (town) of your boat. Your examination request will be
referred to the nearest Examiner, who will contact you to arrange a CME on
board your boat (power, sail, big or small).

This is a busy season for re-commissioning our boats and an IDEAL time
to have a Courtesy Marine Examination. The HOTLINE listed in the base
note is being used again this year to put you in touch with this free
    service.

    Regards,
