I am not too familiar with the boat but I did know the owner
of a Caliber 28, 34 and now a 38. His name is Tom Smith but I have
not spoken to him for a couple years. He happens to be the surgeon
pictured int the Caliber advertisements. All I can say is he was
always very satisfied with his 28 and 34 including the performance
as a cruising boat(He did not race).
The only problem he had with his new 34 was a minor part failure
with the engine that was simple enough to fix just an inconvenience
at the time.
If you are interested in giving him a call I will see if I can
locate his phone number. Let me know by mail.

a call.
