Anyone needing a Marine Surveyor for a boat they may be considering should contact the man that did my survey. He did a super job and was prompt in sending the report to me. Ralph Merrill Certified Marine Surveyors 48 19th Street Lowell, Mass 01850 Tel: 617 454-4928 617 454-1688

1000.1 | Western Conn Surveyor... | RAIN::WHITCOMB | Mon Oct 03 1988 19:36 | 20
Those of you who need a surveyor on the western Connecticut shore should call Ben Rathbun of Noank. He spent the better part of a day with my wife and myself patently answering our many questions at the same time giving our prospective boat a thorough going over. It is amazing how confident you feel in your offer when a real professional does his work. We feel that he found everything that could be possibly wrong with her and that he was well worth his fee. We also received our report promptly. Ben Rathbun Rathbun Marine Surveying 52 Riverview Ave Noank, Conn. 06340 (203) 536-8372 John W.

RE: .1 "Western Connecticut" I think Noank could only be considered to be on the western Connecticut shore if you were looking at it from Massachusetts while standing on your head. Noank is at the mouth of the Mystic River on Fisher's Island Sound not far from the Rhode Island border.

RE: .1 "Western Connecticut" Opps, sorry about that folks. Ben still put on one impressive performance even if I got a little confused on the direction. Hope that does not happen on our next trip to N.Y.C. or it might be a bit long. John W.
1000.4 | Anybody know this guy? | ROYALT::FGZ | Federico Genoese-Zerbi | Sun Oct 27 1991 15:05 | 9 |
I looked at a boat that a friend of mine is considering buying on Friday, and we were also shown a survey done buy a Gordon Graham of Rowley, MA. We thought the boat in worse shape than the surveyor, but what do we know, right? Anyway, does anybody know Gordon Graham, and what is his reputation? F. |
