Defender Industries in New Rochelle, N.Y. has THE lowest prices
in the marine industry. Service stinks, but if you know the part
number of the product you want they probably have it, CHEAP!

They ahve a good assortment of ladder hinging from almost anywhere.
With both stainless and wood construction.

    Good luck.

Boats US has an aluminum I just put on the stern of my C&C25.
It seems to work well. It hinges in the middle. Total cost
    was aroung $30.00

You can get good quality hinged s/s boarding ladders from UK suppliers
for well under $100. Local price for a four step hinged is around
50 pounds - you get a 15% reduction (tax free for export) which
puts it at about $75-80, then you may have to pay US import duty
    if you're unlucky.

If you're interested, mail me and I'll get more information. AND..
I'm coming to the US next week, so if you're quick, and the dealers
have them in stock, we may be able to fix up something.
