Can anyone tell me how to order marine navigation charts?  I am not a boating
enthusiast, so I may not be using the correct technical terms; what I need is
a very accurate map (or set of maps) showing islands, reefs, etc., for part of
what used to be the U. S. Trust Territories of the Pacific Islands.  I need the
chart covering what is now the state of Yap, Federated States of Micronesia
(south of the island of Guam).  Can anyone tell me how to order this?

Also there is one some where on the east cost. 	Until last year, I never purchased a chart. A friendly note to my senators/congressmen was all that was required. I saw it as a tax refund. Lately, they have been referring me to the normal channels. That's Virginia. Your guys may still want your votes enough to help you out.
