That is:

| Slips - $44/ft up to 28' (includes power, water and parking.
29' and up includes water and parking, power is metered.)
Year round dockage and storage is $74/ft. This includes slip, parking,
water, one haulout, one launch, one bottom wash and dry
outside storage. (Doesn't include power.)

Seymour's Boat Yard - Fee determined by weight of mushroom anchor
200lb anchor (22' - 27') = $290
250lb anchor (27' - 31') = $310
Tender service = $585
Northport Marina - Slip fee = $80/ft
(Last year was $65/ft, can you blame
me for switching to Seymour's?)
Electric/Water = Depends on anticipated
usage. Just a battery charger = ~100,
a refrig. and/or air cond. = ~$300.
Transient slips = $1/ft/day
(Note: These may not be exact, I don't have the contracts in front
of me right now. They are very close to the correct figures, though.)

Just fyi, I have some rental property on an island in Rhode Island
which is about break-even with the rental, I pay:
$57.50/year to keep my own mooring about 150' from the dock,
plus space on the dock for my dinghy.
