	Does anyone know of any software applications that perform
	call assembly for CDRs (short of a mediation device)?

    In our portfolio we have 2 preferred partners that can provide call
    collection systems that will include call assembly if you mean by that
    a CDR validation and construction in the case of multiple CDRs
    describing one call.
