Hello,
Is there any presentation material (.ppt or .doc) files which I can
access over easynet using spool copy relating to Intelligent Networks
as I am having problems downloading the files suing our browser from
the http://omsbs1.vbe.dec.com/omslib/ site

Which browser are you using? I've not had problems downloading files.
Please also insure you are coordinated with CSS and Bob DiMeo, as the
information in the web site is generally oriented to Europe, and we
don't necessarily completely "conform" or support in AP.

It is not a browser problem but a network issue as after I start the
download of the file the link gets disconnected.
Will try again on our Intranet
