Hi,

	I have a customer having problem to add PCs to their network.

	Digital Unix V3.0, DCE V1.3B,
	PC Windows 3.11, DCE Gradient clients.

	For 2 years now, they were running a small comfiguration with 
	2 DCE servers on Unix and 7 DCE PC Clients.

	Yesterday, they tried to add 4 new PCs and they faik to do so.

	When looking at lmf list | grep DCE, they have a limit of 10
	for the DCE-RT-SVC and secuity, and active is always set to 0.

	How can we detect a license starvation ?

	We suspect such problem,because when one of the 7 olf users logout from
        its PC, one of the new one can enter.... but we are still under 10
	which is the purchased limit.
