I'm trying to get a thin desktop client framework going with
as few system and library/licence dependencies as possible.
I need the UTC time functions, but no other DCE functionality
on the desktop (Win95/NT for the moment).
Does Digital have any other sources for the UTC functions other
than as part of DCE runtime? Are there any other packaging options?
Any other suggestions?
