It's still low enough on our list of priorities that we don't have enough resources to tackle productizing DCE-Web. My product manager would probably say you're welcome to file an ECP (Engineering Committment Process) request, to at least get an official "no" back from engineering for your customer, and to raise the awareness of upper engineering management for the issue.
