We've done some organizing of the ftp area on cell.lkg.dec.com and the
location of some of the kits has changed :

    DCE Version 1.3b for Digital UNIX kit can be accessed at :

		cell.lkg.dec.com:pub/dce/v1.3b/v1.3b.tar

    DCE Version 2.0 for Digital UNIX kit now resides at :

		cell.lkg.dec.com:pub/dce/v2.0/v2.0.tar

    DCE Version 2.0a for Digital UNIX kit hasn't moved.

			Thanks,
				Robert.

This ECO includes updates to the following subsets:

	DCE CDS Server V2.0[a]

From the coverletter, a brief of the fixes included (see the

	rpc_rgy_get_codesets().

	o Fixed potential problem with registering protseqs

	o Fixed potential hang of RPC applications using
	connection-oriented protocols

	o rpccp now handles SIGPIPE

 	o Some libdce.so routines were renamed to avoid a conflict
	with standard UNIX library implementations: hcreate(), hdestroy(),
	and hsearch()

	o Fixed bugs in CDS advertiser shutdown and CDS clerk startup

	o Fixed bug that can cause DCE applications built with libaio.so
	to hang during access to CDS

	o Fixed access of group_override file from sec_rgy_unix_get*
	routines

	o SIA can now be enabled/disabled without the presence of the
