Job Description:

Provide frontline technical support for computing problems and requests. Resolve

basic problems and requests for all operating systems; VMS,UNIX, and NT. Resolve

more complex problems on VMS and NT as workload permits. Monitor all platforms

for error conditions; analyse and report as appropriate, implement corrective

action as required. Answer `Help Desk` calls; log and route calls not resolved

on frontline to appropriate second level team with accurate description of

problem and symptons. REQUIREMENTS BSCE/CS or Equiv. w/5+ years IM&T support

service experience ability to identify,qualify and resolve problems in realtime.

Excellent communications skills, both verbal and written, in English. Expertise

with VMS,UNIX and NT preferred.
