| Eve lays its messages out using the OpenVMS message facility.
This includes the "message" that creates each line of the BUFFER LIST.
See sys$examples:eve$show.tpu, the routine eve$$bufed_format_line
I would suggest that the customer try to either modify this or
play with setting the EVE$X_BUFED_BUFFER_NAME_LENGTH to something other
than 24 (which its cut off to put the name and attributes on different
lines).
Maybe a line in an eve$init.eve file saying
tpu eve$x_bufed_buffer_name_length:=40
would work.
Hmm, now many years since I've worked on that project??
