| You can enjoy the mid summer nights fest, could even get some dusk
about midnight, if you are in the south. Lots to do and see, just
check a travel book. They are excellent.
Food: Lots of fish. Reindeer it is excellent. Fowl (wild game is
a specialty item) I do not know the name of that bird.
Blood pudding is a delicacy??? I would like to try the whale
(Hval) if they still have it.
I do envy you, have an excellent time and let us know the details that
are appropiate for the notes file. 8-)

| I am back from my honeymoon. I spent 15 days travelling around Norway
with my husband, a big rucksac and a pair of trekking shoes. We used
just public transports and our feet and I can tell you it has been the
best travel I have ever had in my life. Wonderful people, wonderful
organization, wonderful outdoor !!!
Fjords were fab: we enjoyed in particular Balestrand and Botnen.
I can also suggest a tipical little, absolutely cheap pension in
Aurland: it is called AAbelheim Pensjonat. There are only 3 rooms
but you have the chance to spend a day in a really typical Norwegian
home, which is completely at your disposal. Lovely.
But, above all, we falled in love with Bodo and Lofoten Islands. We had
a great time in Reine for a whole week, spending our days in long
distance walkings and byking. I absolutely can't describe the wonderful
vision of Lofoten Mountains and sea. It is worth the visit. If you have
breath enough you absolutely have to try to reach A from Reine and then
to get back...by byke.
I am planning to come back there in a couple of years, THANK YOU NORWAY !!
Love,
B.
