    here is another piece of norwegian news which may interest some of the
    newsgroup readers with a knowledge of Norwegian WW2 history :
 
    From the NRK television news saturday 13. october :
 
    Leif "Shetlands"-Larsen, the famous war hero is dead. He (and his men)
    crossed the North Sea from Shetland to nazi-occupied Norway 52 times
    during the war, transporting weapons to the underground, British and
    Norwegian agents to Norway and Refugees back to Britain.
 
    He played the part as himself in the norwegian movie
    "Shetlandsgjengen", and was one of the best known norwegian war heroes.
