    I recently became the advisor to the newly formed Finnish-American
    Youth Group.  The group has formed in Central Massachusetts and
    is actively recruiting new members.  The age group has been set
    at a minimum of 13.  I am entering this note here so that if anybody
    knows of any Finnish youths who may be interested, you can spread
    the word to them.
    
    The purpose of the group is very soical oriented.  In addition to
    meeting other Finnish youths, the group will try to learn more about
    their cultural heritage, and hopefully form a cohesive unit to have
    their concerns and ideas heard amongst other Finnish organizations
    in the area.  The concern of the members so far has been that when
    they attend Finnish activities, there are very few young people
    in attendance.
    
    The next activity being planned is a beach day at York Beach Maine.
    This will be on Saturday, August 27.  All prospective members are
    invited to attend.
