Organisers of Danish rock festival to distribute free condoms
Copenhagen, June 29 dpa - Visitors at this year's Roskilde rock
festival, one of the best known rock music festivals in Europe, will
receive free condoms during the event due to be held on the weekend,
organisers said here Monday.
A giant "super-condom" carrying information on the fatal Aids
disease and advising people to take precautions will be displayed on
the festival grounds, the event's organisers said.
The Roskilde local council has promised to support the campaign by
making funds and staff available. Between 40,000 and 50,000 rock music
enthusiasts are expected to attend the Roskilde festival this year.
