| For Sweden, you want the Swedish Philatelic Service, which is known
as the PFA. I don't know the exact address, but have a stong hunch
the addressing the PFA at Stockholm will get your inquiry delivered
correctly.
Substituting {Norwegian|Danish|Finnish|Icelandic} in the English
version of the name and addressing {Olso|Copenhagen|Helsinki|Reykavik}
will probably work for the others.
This is just in case you are in a hurry, and while other respondents
are taking the time to research the details.
