Before summer comes to Scandinavia, Ericsson Information Systems and
Digital Equipment Corp. are expected to have worked out the details on a
new generation of banking terminals that they want to jointly develop
and offer on the worldwide market. The agreement will sound the death
knell for EIS's minicomputer line, which will probably be replaced by
DEC VAXs.
