spell their name]. Get in touch with the Product Manager for ULTRIX
languages and CASE.

I'm not sure if it's finished yet, you'd have to ask.

I apologize for the levity. I was having one of those
80-hour three critical sales projects on the stove
weeks last week.
The customer is trying to decide whether to port their
software to C or whether to find a decent PL/1 compiler
on pick-a-unix. I believe they're piloting an AIX box
with a third-party compiler and are very dissatisfied.
Since they mostly just want to get certain applications
off their IBM Mainframe, I'm (gently) probing
to find out if a VMS box will do the trick.
I heard the PL/1 compiler for Ultrix is on its way to
external field test, by the way.
