| The GNU C compiler (see the GNU conference) claims to be at least
*more* ANSI compliant than VMS C. For future plans, contact product
management, specifically Cathy DECWET::Richardson.
Note that true ANSI compliance needs header and library changes that
are not yet done (or at least not released).

| Hi,
GNU C runs on Ultrix,not VMS. They want to be able able to move sources
developed using DEC C (ANSI :-) to VMS because they have mixed
environment. Is VMS C able to accept that? Or maybe we should tell them
to forget the idea?
