    This is a repeat of note 130 except:
    
    1)It's Pascal vs VAXC (or another C Compiler on VAX)
    
    2)I haven't got the time or the means to get hold of the article
      mentioned in 130.1 before next wednesday (day after tomorrow).

Otherwise, you'll have to be more specific about what you're interested in
