    I have a customer that ran into this error from BASIC. It has occurred
    only once but he asked me to find out what it means.
    
    ??? INTERNAL ERROR
      UNKNOWN SIGNAL ARGUMENT, VALUE: 000150
    
    I take it that some bit or something just got out of place and this
    is not a normal occurance.
