The latest checkins done by the ISE/Israel group have fixed these issues. Regarding 1), in the where and dump commands, any types which may require long output (e.g. arrays, structs, classes etc.) will be printed in an abbreviated way, similar to dbx. The problem in 2) was just a minor bug which was fixed. Regarding 3), expression evaluation will traverse the call frames looking for the innermost scope from which a variable is visible.
