dec c, openvms v7.0 and later
Are there any plans to support FIONBIO for the DEC C supplied IOCTL
routine? This is the one we need to make sockets non-blocking. For
now, if you want to do this, you have to build the example supplied
with ucx and link against that.

This is probably best asked of the UCX folks -- most of the DEC C
support for this stuff just "calls through" to the UCX code...

| See also topic 2135 in this conference. Probably the most
effective thing would be to elevate an IPMT for the customer(s) with
the UCX maintainers. It is said that the new UCX maintainers don't
(or can't) read the Digital-internal notes conferences.
