    When it was discussed for better performance to have smaller than 127
    block directory file fize and multiple TeamLinks drawers in multiple
    directories was this for impact of the one user or are all users
    impacted?
    
    For example, one user with an A1MAIL$.DIR of 3421 blocks opening the
    one drawer, moving a message or doing a search.  Would these tasks
    have an impact on the other TeamLinks users on that node?
