1570.0. "MUAS$000_0000 ???" by ULYSSE::CHARLEMAGNE (ANNE CHARLEMAGNE @VBE) Fri Apr 18 1997 05:03

The configuration of my customer is :
Decmailworks 1.3a-2
	with 3 muas$server (000,001,002)
Teamlinks 2.5 (the last release)

The problem is when I would like to stop all servers (000,001,002) by using
X4man. The _000 has always the state "real" and I have to stop/id if I want
to have the state "absent"

And I would like to know:
what does the process MUAs$000_0000 means after the starting of servers mail?
It disappeared after a few minutes .

thanks in advance for your help

    Anne,

The current supported version of MailWorks is V1.3A ECO3, your customer
should upgrade to this plus the latest ICF before continuing.

Alos, why do they have 3 MUAS servers? Please ensure that they are
only using additional server to satisfy a substantial amount of
incomming mail from Message Router. The additional server must be
configured as described in the Mgt guide (section 3.2.9) or else you
    may hit problems.

    Regards,
    Arfon.

From what I recall, MUAS$000_0000 is a delivery thread.
When the server starts up, it checks to see if anything
needs to be delivered. Once all work for a particular
delivery thread is done, I believe the thread goes away.

I think this is what you are seeing. I have not looked
at this code in quite some time so my details are vague.
