    MAILworks V1.3A-3 ICF 36
    TeamRoute for VMS V1.0
    TeamLinks V2.5-3
    
    I have a problem with TeamRoute routing packages with Mailworks as a
    server.
    
    Since the installation of the last Mailworks ECO the customer is unable
    to attach routing package contents to the master.  The problem occurs
    whether the routing package has approval receipients or copy
    receipients/local or remote users
    
    There are no errors in the MUAS and A1MAIL log files however in the TMR
    error log files we get the following error:

    System error 8420 (in DMW_ICF036:[BUILD]CTIDN_V.C;1 at line 1798)

    System error 8420 is "%SYSTEM-F-LINKABORT, network partner aborted
    logical link" - however as I said nothing is showing up in the MUAS or
    A1MAIL  log files.
    
    Does anyone have any ideas what could be causing this?

    Well seems like I'll have to raise an IPMT as I can now reproduce this
    and it seems to be caused by ICF 36
